I used Trash Warrior once and the pickup went fine, no real complaints there. The only thing that bothered me was the pricing. I kind of had a rough idea of what it would cost, but some of the fees/details weren’t really clear until later. It wasn’t a huge deal, I just wish everything was laid out more upfront so you’re not left guessing. Overall the service was okay, but it just felt...

"Booking was kinda more annoying than it needed to be"
I tried to book a pickup, but the site felt clunky and a bit confusing. It took way longer than it should’ve just to get the basic details sorted out, which was kinda frustrating tbh.

"I used Trash Warrior to get rid..."
I used Trash Warrior to get rid of some old furniture and a bunch of boxes, and overall it was a solid experience. I liked that they seem to make an effort to recycle or donate what they can instead of just hauling everything straight to the dump. The pickup process was easy enough, though they showed up a little later than expected. Still, I’d probably use them again.

"Not really worth the price"
They got some of the job done, but they left a bunch of pieces behind and I ended up having to clean up after them. For what I paid, I expected it to be fully cleared out.

"Felt pressured and the crew didn’t seem professional"
The crew didn’t feel very professional to me. I felt kind of pressured during the whole experience, like I didn’t really have time to ask questions or feel comfortable with what was going on. It just didn’t leave a good impression.

"Hard to get a straight answer"
I’ve dealt with a few companies like this before, and their communication was worse than most. I’d ask a question and barely get a response, which made the whole experience frustrating

"Pickup Time Kept Changing"
I had a frustrating experience. They were late both times I used them, and the pickup time kept getting changed, which made it hard to plan my day. By the end, I just felt stressed and disappointed instead of taken care of.
